Texas Continuing Education
Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Licensees can complete 8 hours of continuing education online with RocketCert. Certified or Registered Technicians are not required to complete this continuing education. Apprentices may choose to complete the course, but it will not count towards the state required initial education requirements. In the state of Texas, HVAC licenses expire every year. To renew, you are required to complete 8 hours of education and submit your renewal to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).
